This Privacy Policy describes how AnimA ("Tower Stairs", package name com.srisothorn.anima) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the app.
Information We Collect
AnimA does not require account creation or collect your name, email, or other personal identifiers directly. The following data may be collected:
- Device identifier: A randomly generated per-device ID is used to save your leaderboard score and rank. It is not linked to your real identity.
- Gameplay data: Score, level reached, and country (for leaderboard display) are stored via Google Firebase (Firestore).
- Advertising data: The app displays ads via Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, subject to your consent choices where required by law (e.g., in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland).
- Analytics and app integrity data: The app uses Firebase App Check to help verify that requests to our backend come from genuine app installs, which may involve device/network signals processed by Google.
How We Use Information
- To operate leaderboard features (all-time and weekly rankings).
- To display advertising that supports the free version of the app.
- To protect the app's backend from abuse (e.g., fraudulent leaderboard submissions).

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent message allowing you to manage your advertising data preferences the first time you open the app, and you can change these preferences at any time from the app's settings/privacy options.

AnimA is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data Retention
Leaderboard data tied to your device identifier is retained until you uninstall the app or contact us to request removal.
